Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
- Skincare items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return
- Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for a full refund or replacement — just send us a photo
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we confirm the return
